    ● Composition and Structure


    Main components: Rare earth elements neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe), boron (B) are the main components, and small amounts of other elements such as dysprosium (Dy) and terbium
    (Tb) may be added to further improve performance.


    Crystal structure: It has a tetragonal crystal structure, which gives neodymium iron boron excellent magnetic properties.


    ● Performance characteristics


    High remanence: can generate a strong magnetic field, with remanence generally between 1.0-1.4T.


    High coercivity: Strong resistance to demagnetization, with a coercivity of up to 800-2000kA/m.


    High magnetic energy product: an important indicator for measuring the performance of permanent magnet materials. The magnetic energy product of sintered neodymium iron
    boron is relatively high, reaching 200-400 kJ/m ³.


    ● Application areas


    Electronic information: widely used in electronic devices such as hard disk drives, optical disc drives, headphones, and mobile phone vibration motors.


    Automotive industry: electric power steering systems (EPS), starter motors, wiper motors, etc. used in automobiles.


    New energy: It is a key material in fields such as wind power generation and new energy vehicle drive motors.
