Some products also add lubricants, coupling agents, and other additives to improve processing performance.Material structure: Magnetic powder is uniformly dispersed in the binder matrix to form a composite material structure. Magnetic powder retains the tetragonal crystal structure,
while the binder wraps around the magnetic powder particles to provide fixation and protection, making the overall material both magnetic and mechanically flexible.● Performance characteristics
Magnetic performance: The remanence is generally between 0.6-1.2T, the coercivity range is 800-1400kA/m, and the magnetic energy product is usually 10-30kJ/m ³. Compared
with sintered neodymium iron boron, the overall magnetic performance is lower, but it can meet some application scenarios with less extreme magnetic requirements.Other features: Good dimensional accuracy, with tolerances controllable within ± 0.01mm; High degree of freedom in molding, capable of directly producing complex shapes such
as thin-walled, multipolar, and irregular structures; The density is about 5.8-6.2g/cm ³, which is lighter than sintered neodymium iron boron; It has a certain degree of corrosion
resistance, and the adhesive coating reduces the contact between the magnetic powder and the external environment, but surface treatment is still required in special environments;
Has good mechanical strength, can withstand a certain degree of impact and vibration, and can be integrated with other materials for molding.● Application areas
